Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers (English or Persian), thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt (for draining cucumbers)
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey (or maple syrup)

Instructions
